  • Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the listed price on the date and time of purchase.

  • Domestic Payments: For shipments within India, payments are accepted in INR. Prices include CGST/SGST/IGST as applicable.

  • International Cards for Domestic Orders: Amount conversions to INR will apply. Currency conversion charges may be levied by your card issuer. You may be required to share government-issued ID proof (e.g., Passport, Driving License).

  • International Orders: Payments for international orders are processed in US Dollars ($) via PayPal or international credit/debit cards. Prices will include relevant international shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.

  • Import Duties: Any additional import duties, tariffs, or custom taxes levied by the destination country are to be borne by the customer on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

3. Mandatory PAN Card Terms

  • For Orders Exceeding ₹2 Lakhs: As per regulatory mandates, customers must provide a valid PAN card or Form 60 for purchases exceeding ₹2,000,000.

  • Verification: For domestic orders above ₹2 lakhs, the order will only proceed to payment after online PAN verification. The billing name must match the name on the PAN card. Failure to provide valid verification will result in order cancellation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Serviceable PIN Codes: Domestic shipping is available for select PIN codes across India. Please verify delivery eligibility on the checkout page.

  • Domestic Timelines: Standard domestic delivery takes 5 to 7 days. Express delivery (next-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM) is available for select product categories in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Bengaluru.

  • International Timelines: Tentative delivery for international shipments is T+15 days.

  • ID Proof on Delivery: Customers may be requested to present government photo identification (e.g., PAN, Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License) upon receiving delivery.

5. Shipping Charges & Custom Clearance

  • Domestic Shipping: Free shipping across India.

  • International Shipping: Shipping charges, duties, and handling fees are calculated at checkout and borne by the customer.

  • Customs Inspection: International shipments cleared by Indian Customs may bear a label stating "Opened for Customs". Customers are advised that this is standard procedure and does not indicate a compromised shipment.

  • Logistics Partners: Domestic logistics are fulfilled by Blue Dart, Sequel Logistics, and Ecom Express. International shipments are handled by UPS.

6. Return and Refund Overview

  • Domestic Returns: Customers can initiate a return for unused items within 7 days of receipt in original packaging, accompanied by the invoice and authenticity certificate. Free return collection is provided within India.

  • International Returns: Returns/exchanges are not accepted for international orders unless a defective item is delivered. Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refund Timeline: Once returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse, approved refunds are processed within 7 to 15 working days for online payments or via NEFT/cheque for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • By Siyaram Jewellers: We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to stock limitations, inaccuracies in pricing or product details, or fraud prevention flags.

  • By Customer: Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch/packing via your account portal or by contacting customer support.

8. Customer Obligations & Website Security
