Cancellation by Siyaram Jewellers

There may be certain orders that Siyaram Jewellers cannot accept, and we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Some reasons for cancellation may include:

  • Limitations on quantities available for purchase.

  • Inaccuracies or errors in product pricing or specification information.

  • Potential issues or risks identified by our fraud prevention department.

  • Any other operational constraint identified by Siyaram Jewellers.

We also reserve the right to request additional verification or information prior to accepting an order. We will notify you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled, or if additional information is required to accept your order.

Cancellation by Customer

  • Eligible Window: Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled before it has been packed for dispatch.

  • Tracking Order Status: Registered customers can check the status of their order using the Track Order option on our website at Siyaram Jewellers.

  • Refund Process: Upon receiving a valid cancellation request, we will initiate a refund to your account via the original payment method used for the transaction. In cases where the card or account used for payment is no longer active, the refund may be issued via cheque.
